Sweet is the lore which Nature brings;
Our meddling intellect
Mis-shapes the beauteous forms of things:--
We murder to dissect.

Enough of Science and of Art;
Close up those barren leaves;
Come forth, and bring with you a heart
That watches and receives.

-- William Wordsworth

chocolatte.typepad.com/johanna

i guess i knew this day would come..afterall my first post was to annouce that this place was going to be a temporary site for me.

i've come to love being here....so it took me awhile to make a decision to move back with my fellow chocolatte-dwellers, but i've decided to proudly uphold the chocolatte name..hehe.

thanks for you faithful blogdrive readers that drop by....come by my new place sometime!
as for those who've just changed/added me to your link...i'm so sorry! heh. i shouldn't be moving from this new place for awhile so you can lock it in this time!! everyone else, i've updated/shifted your links over with me so i'd hope you'd do the same!! :)

see you guys over there.

early signs

joel is so set up to be a musician of some kind, here's a rundown of his skills.....

rythm: you'll find him banging his hand on whatever's in front of him...or even on his own leg if there's nothing else. And if music's playing, you'll bet that it's in beat too. heh.

vocals: a strong set of lungs is probably the source of his vocal acrobatics. be it frustration, anger, happiness or excitement, his emotion is often enhanced by great arrangements of accappalla tunes.

songwriting: this morning saw him conjure a random tune, which was somewhat systematic. i could pick out a pattern anyway. and when i sang it, he'd repeat some parts again after....and add other new parts to it. not to mention the variety of vowels used. haha

dance: oh boy can he dance. enough said. :)

we're putting his name down for the worship team. watch out!

whatever.

trying hard to ignore my jealousy for you.

hate.
the space next to you where i'm not.
hate.
that words they speak seem closer than i'll ever be.

still
i'm trying hard to ignore my tears for you
can't reveal
that they hide the eyes of a jealous me.
